Poppet.

Well today was Ariana's 6th birthday so I paid her a visit and, of course, took some photos. She's grown a lot since last time I photographed her, which was roughly 2 years ago. The main difference is that she's posing now, opposite to just being spontaneous in our previous shoot. I plan to keep photographing her...as long as she lets me do that, of course :D

Continuing with the so-called sin-perception series (haven't thought of a proper title yet), I bring you avarice.



I consider that avaristic people are poisonous like an ivy, limit our freedom, as that of a bird, and we all know what happens when you deprive a bird of it's freedom. They also have black hearts, not being able to shed a tear for the sake of others.

Inspired by Moliere's play, l'Avare and the mythological theme of Narcissus.

Small exhibition in France.

Just dropping by to announce that I'll be participating in a group exhibition in Villefranche sur Saône, France. I am participating with 4 photos:

The exhibition is in relation to the 10mots manifestation. The opening will be on Saturday, the 15th of March, at 5 p.m, at Centre Culturel Associatif Beaujolais (73 rue de la Gare 69400 Villefranche / Saône) and will last until April 30. Unfortunately, I cannot participate, but if anyone is interested just contact me here and I'll send you a pdf copy of the invitation. This way, I may have some insight on how it all went too.

I've seen her. She goes by the name of Ariana in our real world..but every night she goes to the little bookshelf in the living room, takes out a book and steps in. Next thing you know, she's back in her own world.
